Confidant

Similar to the rest of our society, you may also encounter undesirable behavior at Kratos. Of course, we hope not, but in such a situation, you should be able to turn to a confidant, who will listen to you attentively and in complete confidence. The confidant, together with you, will seek an answer to the question: what happens next?

What do we mean by undesirable behavior?

Undesirable behavior refers to actions that are burdensome for the individual because they threaten or damage physical or mental integrity. This can include, among other things, physical or verbal aggression/intimidation, sexual harassment/unwanted advances, discrimination and exclusion, bullying.

Through our collaboration with USC, we have arranged for their confidant to also serve as our confidant. Her name is Eveline Philips.
