Our offer
Kratos is an association for all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes! You can join us for the following sports: powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, calisthenics, crossfit, and fitness.
Kratos hour
Every Tuesday from 7 PM to 9 PM, we, as an association, come together to train on the lifting platform at USC Universum. This brings together various types of strength athletes to train together, learn from each other, and encourage each other to perform better.
Monthly activities
Every month, we also organize a monthly activity. These can include bodybuilding/weightlifting clinics, dinners, lectures and seminars, sports galas, and more. This provides even more opportunities for members to come together socially, extending beyond the regular training hours.
Coaching
As an association, we also offer the opportunity to receive coaching as a powerlifter. We have numerous members with extensive knowledge of the sport, as well as protocoaches ready to assist you in reaching your next goals on a (mock) meet.
Powerlifting mock meets
Within the association, we organize mock meets several times a year. This is an unofficial powerlifting competition that provides our members with the opportunity to test their progress by safely attempting their personal records in squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Kratos program
We also offer our members the Kratos program. It is a skillfully crafted training program developed by one of our members to help individuals independently enhance their strength. If you're looking to start training but aren't sure where to begin or if you want to further improve, then this program is tailored for you.
Registration competitions
For powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman competitions, all our members can be registered through our association. We have the privilege of registering our members earlier than individual registrations. Additionally, we have many skilled members who can offer assistance and support in preparing for the events.
