Marit Stienstra

Chairwoman

I’m 22 years old and I grew up in Delft, but I live in Amsterdam at the moment. I am a student at the UVA and I’m in my third year of the bachelor Psychobiology. In my free time I like to workout, read, take pictures, make videos, travel and spend time with my friends and/or boyfriend. I have also been working for a volunteer organization for children vacations since I was 16 years old.

This year my goal for the association is to make sure everyone feels welcome. Everyone that likes going to the gym, has been going for years or wants to start going but doesn’t know where to start, is welcome in my eyes! :))

Kirsten Agricola

Secretary

I am 23 years old, also known as Kratos grandma, and I live in Hoofddorp. I study at the HvA and at the VU, where I study physiotherapy and psychology. I started gymnastics when I was 4 and from the age of 17 I went to the gym on and off. I've been powerlifting seriously for almost a year now.

Beside my studies, I work 4 days a week as a coach for 14 very nice gymnasts. And every summer you can find me at the camp site in Beekbergen for an unforgettable week of summer camp.

This year my goal for Kratos is to involve as many members as possible in our activities and what we do.

Jesse Sporrel

I’m 19 years old and born and raised in Vianen, a small town near Utrecht. I’m a second year VU student, studying International Business Administration. Currently, I am focused on powerlifting for almost a year, after playing football for most of my life.

I spend my spare time watching football, working as a fitness trainer, and seeing friends and family. I have developed the bad habits of visiting as many games and collecting as many jerseys as I can, which my wallet doesn’t like, but I do!

My main objective for this year is to make sure we’ll have a lot of enjoyable activities, and don’t go bankrupt in the process :)

Tom Kruitwagen

I’m 21 years old and I grew up in Woerden, but I live in Amstelveen at the moment. I am a student at the HvA and I’m in my first year of the bachelor Commercial Economics (marketing).
In my free time I like to workout a lot, do research about how to improve my training, mealprep, travel, listen to music and spend time with my friends/family.

My main focus in the gym is gaining muscle size (hypertrophy). But joining this association learned me to also improve my strength which will help me for my main focus on the long run. Last year I lost 27 kg and now I am finally (clean) bulking. And I love it!!

This year it is my job to promote our association as best as possible and to keep you informed of all updates from our association.
